Dr. Jeremy Goldberg : Here Come the Whales

April/May 2021

Get out of your own way

Starts April 13, 2021

  • Tuesdays @ 7:00 PM PST
  • Apr 13, Apr 20, Apr 27, May 4

This course will make you a better writer, but it’s not just about writing. This course is about developing a resilient, creative mindset.

I’m going to focus on helping you get out of your own way, how to address and confront distractions, limiting beliefs, fear, anxiety, imposter syndrome, being seen, and vulnerability. All that stuff that sabotages you and your work? We’re going to dive deep down and pull the treasure out.

I want to help you start new habits, rituals, and routines, cultivate radical self-confidence and self-trust, and believe and embody the idea that discipline is liberation.

This course is about personal development — peeling back the layers of who you think you are so that you can discover who you truly are, shedding the skin of expectation, and stopping the shoulds in their tracks. This course is about beginning the genuine work of using your voice in your own unique way, and accepting your truth as empowering so you can wholeheartedly share it with the world.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Jeremy Goldberg is a recovering scientist turned life coach who speaks fluent burrito. He owns a van and a man bun and in his spare time collects silver linings. People pay him to make them cry.

He worked internationally for governments and universities for over a decade, is an expert in human behavior, and spent five years studying how our brains influence our actions then wrote a Ph.D. thesis about it. He’s managed teams of people and millions of dollars. In addition to his academic background, he trained himself through countless scientific studies and books related to self-help, self-care, self-growth, and self-doubt. He has an honorary doctorate from the School of Hard Knocks.

Jeremy founded Long Distance Love Bombs, and his mission is to make kindness cool, empathy popular, and compassion commonplace. He wants to make the world better than it was yesterday. As part of that purpose, he writes articles, sends emails, hosts retreats and workshops, coaches clients, hosts a podcast, writes books, and makes spoken word poetry videos. He is also active on Facebook and Instagram, leading an online community of more than 60,000 badass humans.
